Its content routes readers to Franklin County custodians, including the Sheriff and Clerk of Superior Court, as well as the North Carolina SBI and North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry. Some pages also connect to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is conditioned on an agreement not to:

• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site

North Carolina law and SBI warnings place special limits on misuse of North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry data.
